Do I need to offer both online and home-visit consultations?
No — choose whichever you can commit to. Many vets start with online-only and add home visits later from their dashboard.
What if my veterinary council registration is from a different state?
That's fine. Enter the issuing council exactly as it appears on your certificate — we verify against the relevant state or national register.
How long does KYC verification take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. If a document is unclear, we'll email you to re-upload it.
Is there a fee to register?
Registration is free. Tale of Tails takes a service fee only on completed, paid consultations.
Can I update my home-visit radius later?
Yes, availability, pin codes, and travel radius can be edited anytime from your provider dashboard once verified.
